Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our app.

Data storage

Data uploaded via the app is voluntarily provided by the customer for transfer to the practice management system. In order to use the app, customers have agreed to the terms and conditions and data protection provisions in separate contracts. In addition to the files to be transferred,

• IP address
• Username
• Size of the transferred data volume

stored for analysis purposes.

Google Integration Data Privacy & Handling

What data we access:

When you connect your Google account, ClinicoreSuite accesses:

• Google Calendar Events (Read and write, via scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events)) to manage your schedule.
• Basic Profile Information & Email Address, used exclusively to identify your user account.

How we use it:

Google Calendar data is used strictly to synchronize appointments between ClinicoreSuite and your Google Calendar (creating, updating, and deleting corresponding events).

ClinicoreSuite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models.

Who we share it with:

We do not sell Google user data, nor do we share, transfer, or disclose it to third parties, except as necessary to provide the core synchronization features or comply with legal obligations.

How we protect it:

All data is encrypted in transit (via TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely with encryption, and access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel. We retain Google Calendar data only while your integration remains active; disconnecting the integration triggers the immediate deletion of your tokens.

Revoking access and data deletion:

• Revoke Access: You can disconnect the integration at any time directly within your ClinicoreSuite Settings or via your Google Account Permissions Page.
• Token Deletion: You can request the complete deletion of your application tokens at any time via ClinicoreSuite Google Calendar Settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, revoke, and object to the data we have stored about you. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to [email protected].
